agpro is an association of gay managers and entrepreneurs in Austria that 

• play a 'constitutive/active/leading' role in business, politics, society or culture
• help others to deal with homosexuality in a natural way and to offer support by providing contacts to other personalities in professional life
• form a professional and private network
• who contribute to the development of agpro, by actively assisting in the organisation of cultural and social activities
• are in general over the age of 25

• competence and support in issues concerning the position of gay men in professional life and society
• an exceptional network of contacts that helps to further one's own personal and professional development
• numerous cultural and social events
• regional groups (Vienna, Salzburg/Upper Austria, Carinthia/Styria)
• the opportunity to contribute to agpro's projects, which are of great socio-political relevance
• international personal and professional contacts through our partner associations abroad
